We currently ship to customers across the EU and the United Kingdom.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Orders are typically handed to our shipping partner within 1–2 business days of the order confirmation email.

Typical delivery is 7–14 days from dispatch, depending on customs and your local carrier. Gaps of 2–3 days with no movement are normal for international parcels.

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email 1–2 days after your order. You can check status any time on the Track your order page.

Some orders are fulfilled from outside the EU through our logistics partners. Any import handling is factored into our shipping process — you should not be charged additional customs fees on delivery within the EU, but we're not able to guarantee local carrier practices in every case.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 days, or your order arrives damaged, contact hello@eclarix.eu with your order number and we'll sort it out — a replacement or a full refund.
